Vivian is a great big sister and loves to help around the house. Her favorite game is dodge ball with a ball made from sand inside a sack. She works hard in school and also enjoys doing art projects at home. She is a bit shy, but has a definite flare for the drama.
Sheryl
Favorite color: blue
Sheryl, we call her Ms. Smiles because she never stops smiling. She is like a ray of sunshine walking around. She is very loving to all of her siblings at JCO and each term she is excelling more in school. She is definitely shy, but is coming into her own more and more each day. She spends most of her time with her best friend and “sister” Violet, we call them ìthe twinsî because they dress alike and are always together.
Samuel
Samuel might be the funniest child ever! He is a little man walking around—he pretty much runs the house and all the other children are fine with that. He is very loving, happy, and outgoing. Always wants to be in the middle of everything. His favorite things are his stuffed monkey, his blanket, and motorcycles.
Ester

Ester, our eldest girl is a wonderful big sister and a great example to all of the younger girls in the house. When she is not at school, she is studying at home– working hard to make it to Secondary School next year. She is very outgoing, determined, and loving.

She constantly wants to learn more and more–we look forward to see the impact that this bright young mind will have on the world. She loves sports and playing with her best friend and “twin” Sheryl.
Barack
When he grows up he wants to be a: Pilot
Barack is an incredible artist and fantastic soccer player. If he is doing one of those things, he is as happy as can be. He is one of the kindest people that I have ever met and he shares that with all of his “siblings” at JCO. He is so thankful each day to be a part of our family and we are overjoyed to have him there.
Joreim

Joriem is a very bright young man and an incredible big brother to all of his siblings at JCO. He is determined to be a lawyer because he says he “wants justice” it is clear that he will do whatever he can to make his dreams come true and we are happy to help him do that. When he is not studying, he is practicing his soccer goalie skills in the yard with his buddies Vincent and Barack.
Elvis
Favorite color: orange
Elvis is one of our new kiddos, but within hours of being at JCO it seemed he had been here all along. He is curious about everything. When he moved in with us he seemed as if he thought it was too good to be true and made a point to thank us for bringing him into our home. He is very loving and kind. His favorite things to do so far are coloring and Jenga–he is excelling in both.
Austin
Austin’s personality is above and beyond—this child does not stop laughing, singing, or talking. Another one of our newcomers, he had lost his vision due to malnutrition, it was almost completely gone when we got him (July 2011). However, with the help of supplements and the proper nutrition he is receiving at JCO, his vision is being restored! So thankful to have him with us!
Clinton
Clinton, our newest and youngest member of the family he gets more loving than he thought possible. All the older children have to take turns holding him, they never want to put him down. Due to his previous circumstances he is underdeveloped, but now that he is in a loving and stable environment with proper nutrition he is making huge strides daily.
